These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Giggle Gaps and any other games or apps published by Top Branch Studios ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Giggle Gaps is free to play and requires no account. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:
Story templates and in-app content are created and reviewed by Top Branch Studios. We aim to keep all content appropriate for family use. If you encounter content you believe is inappropriate, contact us at cam@topbranchstudios.com.
When you play without an account, the words you enter are not stored on our servers. If you create an account, you may choose to save completed stories to revisit, share with family, or order as a printed story book through our print service. Saved stories are associated with your account and are not shared publicly.
Giggle Gaps is designed for family use including children. Children should use the app with parental awareness. We do not collect personal information from children — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Giggle Gaps is currently free to play. We plan to introduce advertisements and optional purchases — such as a printed story book service — in a future version. We will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before any such changes take effect. Any advertisements shown alongside child-directed content will use non-personalized, child-directed treatment only.
All content, design, and code in Giggle Gaps is owned by Top Branch Studios. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
